COVID 19

Suitable PPE is worn throughout all of our deliveries and tubs are deep cleaned before and after each use.


Please read this extract from the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention:

‘There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through

the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance

(including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the

virus in the water.’

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

We will arrive with the tub on the morning of the booking to set up the hot tub. You will receive a message to let you know what time that will be in advance. Please make sure at least one adult is at home for this time.


On take down day, we will arrive on the morning after the last night you have booked - again, you will receive confirmation of this time in advance. We will then give the hot tub a check over, drain and deflate it and take it away.

CAN I GET A TUB FOR JUST ONE NIGHT?

With set-up/takedown times and the fact that we cover such a vast area, shorter hires are not possible for us. Our usual minimum hire is three nights.

WHAT DAYS CAN I HIRE A TUB FOR?

Our hot tubs are available for hire any day of the week, and you can hire for as long as you want with no maximum length of hire and a minimum hire of three days.

We’d be here all day listing the specific areas so it’s probably best to make an inquiry and we’ll tell you if it’s possible! We are based in west Oxfordshire and if you are within 25 miles of us then you can also enjoy free delivery.
